Nutrition is such an easy win to help improve your running! You don’t have to train harder you just have to fuel yourself properly and you will run better, feel better and recover better!

Not having something to eat before you train is never going to end well so here are a few options for you to experiment with and try before your next run:
• Banana with peanut butter and some sea salt
• Oats with berries and honey
